This paper provides a rigorous quantum information-theoretic and holographic field-theoretic reconstruction of Yogācāra Buddhism's foundational concepts—Ālayavijñāna, karmic seeds (Bīja), and the Three Natures (Trisvabhāva)—integrating them with the Black Hole Holographic Principle, Quantum Information Conservation (No-Deleting Theorem), and Topological Error-Correcting Codes. We map karmic seeds stored in the Ālayavijñāna to entangled quantum qubits encoded on the holographic boundary (∂ M) of spacetime. Furthermore, we establish a formal mathematical equivalence between the Three Natures and modern quantum physics states: (1) Imagined Nature (Parikalpita-svabhāva) corresponds to classical thermal entropy noise and localized state measurement decoherence; (2) Dependent Nature (Paratantra-svabhāva) corresponds to the underlying quantum entanglement network (e.g., MERA/tensor networks); and (3) Consummate Nature (Pariniṣpanna-svabhāva) corresponds to the non-local, unconditioned spacetime bulk substrate field (ΨTathāgata). Finally, we articulate the process of "transforming consciousness into wisdom" (Āśraya-parāvṛtti) as a topological quantum error correction mechanism, wherein karmic noise is filtered out, restoring the information flow to the Big Perfect Mirror Wisdom (Mahādarśa-jñāna). This work constitutes Paper WP_032 of the master monograph series The Reconstruction of World History of Philosophy via Quantum Tathāgatagarbha (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23933943).
