Paper #240 derived the Urca bulk-viscosity profile as a resonance band (half-maximum widths 1.93 direct / 1.55 modified in temperature; address robust to x1.78 / x1.47 per decade of rate error) against a single gravity-lane target. This paper prices the band against the nuclear lane of the Total Science Index, its subject's home: the lane holds 79,935 records, of which 375 carry the exact phrase 'bulk viscosity' in title or abstract (hyphen-normalised; 374 strict) — verifying the commissioning claim of 376 to within one record, the residue printed — and 30 carry bulk viscosity and Urca together. The first flag pass over the lane (First Sweep flagger, unmodified) flags 9,499 records (11.9 percent: ASSUMED 3384, FITTED 3702, IMPORTED 1968, FIXED 351, DECREED 94), 49 of them bulk-viscosity records, with the band's own target at the lane's closability head. The band's shape is rate-law arithmetic and is untouched; its address is converted from an unexamined neighbourhood into a named, flagged queue. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
