Runs papers #281/#434's velocity-dependent cross-section machinery jointly over the systems priced singly in #278 (Sculptor) and #307 (Fornax) and #281's own combined sample, with the world record arXiv:2503.13650v1 read whole. Gated first on all four parent notebooks re-run whole, digit-for-digit. The joint object is the lower envelope of each strength's printed anchors (Ando Eq. (11) makes the combined Bayes factor a product, so anchors conjoin): at decisive strength the envelope is the w=30 km/s anchor curve at every velocity 1-200 km/s in all three weightings (total / momentum-transfer / viscosity), so the weakened w=10 anchor's room (sigma(10 km/s) up to 5.0 cm2/g) never binds jointly and the decisive band at 10 km/s is 0.18 cm2/g; at 95% the envelope is the flat 0.040 below a seam and the w=10 curve above it, the seam at 43.6 km/s (total, exactly 10 sqrt(19)), 32.3 (viscosity), 26.3 (transfer). Printed at full size: Ando prints per-galaxy Bayes factors only as figures, so no per-dwarf sigma0 row exists in the record and none is printed; Sculptor enters as #278's inclination conditionality and Fornax as #307's Upsilon-priced halo (1.5 to ~1.0e9 Msun). Also corrected on the face: Lokas astro-ph/0107479 is filed in L3, not L2. EXTENSION at its ceiling. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
