Assembles papers #250 and #251 into one priced cosmic-acceleration transition, gated digit-for-digit on both parents' printed exhibits. The two places agree: #250's sigmoid z_a = 0.8 +/- 0.46 and #251's kink z_t = 0.823 +/- 0.065 differ by 0.023 (0.35 of the kink error); the formal inverse-variance combination is 0.8225 +/- 0.0644, printed as formal only because the fits share the Pantheon+ sample. The place's real carrying figure is #250's freeze span: z_a runs 0.08 to 1.80 across the frozen Omega_m range (span 1.72, 26.7 formal errors) and moves 0.558 under the frozen width r = 0.125 -> 0.50 alone. The length assembles cleanly: #251's width alpha = 0.205 +/- 0.067 statistical +/- 0.045 for the assumed top q_i = 1/2 per +/-0.1 step, giving alpha = 0.205 +/- 0.081 all in; companions H0 = 72.137 +/- 0.115 and q0 = -0.313 +/- 0.025. The gate flags one parent inconsistency at full size: #251's prose slope -0.44 against its own table's +0.435; the assembly spends the table's magnitude. Both cross-citations the record owes are printed in citable form. EXTENSION. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
