The corpus-wide bare-f census priced by packet #546 (item R-NTC22-1): every load-bearing bare f in the wider record assigned to f_stage (#100's coordinate on [0,1]), f_ind (#249's 1/G ratio), or a named local use, under #546's printed reading rule. Scope (declared): 410 manuscripts through Wave 22 (361 production-tree manuscripts plus 49 physics-forge papers). Result: 73 manuscripts carry a candidate bare f -- 18 spend f_stage, 6 spend f_ind (the seam flank only: #94, #208, #209, #249, #464, #503), 46 spend a named local use across 24 distinct local objects (the ALP dark-matter fraction, the Bohm ratio rho/|psi|^2, the Gibbs dial f(H), the determination census's density, the growth rate, the f(R)/f(T) function, the toll residue fraction, the spin-survival fraction, and sixteen single-paper objects), and 3 are meta files. No collision beyond the #100/#249 pair #546 already ruled; one intra-paper second use recorded (#336's cap-area lemma, the demoted translation #100 governs). The matter-inventory door is not crossed: f_ind is never computed and its conditional formula never evaluated. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
