The common-catalogue FRB assembly priced by packet #543 (item NTA22-A2-R1), attempted from the parents' printed samples and delivered as a priced non-closure. Positive computation: inside paper #272's own measurement a both-Galactic-maps common sample exists in print -- its target's Table 3 prints both NE2001 and YMW16 subtractions for all 92 sightlines; the printed reselection cut reproduces 86 bursts (NE2001) and 88 (YMW16), whose intersection is 85 bursts, computed here with membership differences named (FRB 180916B NE2001-only; FRB 171020A, FRB 190425A, FRB 210405I YMW16-only). The deciding absence: paper #274's 120-burst joint-fit sample is printed at no address -- zero burst names in its manuscript and its notebook, its record aggregate printed runs only -- so the catalogue common to #272's measurement and #274's joint fit cannot be enumerated, bounded, or carried through both maps with f_d marginalized, and no dataset is imported to fake it. The packet specifies the closing sample exactly (named common catalogue; per-burst redshift, DM_obs, both DM_MW values, DM_halo, host assignment; the joint fit's distribution functions and DESI BAO data in evaluable form). Packet #543's per-measurement budget stands as the corpus's assembled FRB statement meanwhile. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
