Assembly of paper #110's three requirements in the NT-A7 pattern: requirement 2 discharged by packet #430 (N = 51.06 from the scalaron's decay, fixing the landing target 1/(6M^2) = 8.7341e8 per Planck mass squared); requirement 1 open with the anomaly route priced and dead by packet #441 (misses of 2.5e8 and 4.0e10 under the two identifications); requirement 3 open at reduced scope by packet #477 (shear and gradient legs cheap at 3.07 and 9.21 e-folds; homogeneity across the one-Hubble-volume patch untouched). Both gated parents reproduce digit-for-digit. The commission's premise is corrected at full size: #477 already cites #441 in text and reference list, so the no-citation premise is one-directionally defeated; this packet pays the missing direction.
