Assembly of the three packets standing on paper #118's three requirements for Bohm's quantum equilibrium: #442 (requirement 1, relaxation -- discharged for the Valentini class, coarse-grained entropy 0.0954 to 0.0048 nats, timescale about 0.32 oscillator periods, two counted premises), #463 (requirement 2, typicality -- stands open, strengthened: every literature route spends the distribution it outputs; the power family reaches the Born rule only at the unselected p = 2 and the Haar-symmetry route computes to uniformity), and #492 (requirement 3, empirical event -- stands open: events on record 0, with the door's acceptance instrument priced). All three parents are gated on paper #118's identical printed exhibit set, verified digit-for-digit across parents for the first time. The target premise of three requirement closures fails on the parents' print -- the count is one closure of three -- and is corrected at full size; the assembled deliverable is the joint-state exhibit making #118's file a single citable result. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
