Assembles the three priced FRB H0 systematics of papers #272, #274 and #275 into a single error budget, gated digit-for-digit on all three parents' printed exhibits. Terms enter as each parent carried its own: the Galactic electron-map term +/-3.28 (#272, half-spread of 69.04 / 75.61), the diffuse-fraction term +/-1.65 (#274, half-width of the defended f_d range in the headline family at fixed f_d = 0.94), and the DM-z shape term +/-25.82 (#275, the form term around either centre of 51.27 / 77.09). Assembled systematic: +/-26.08 in quadrature, +/-30.75 as a plain sum; the shape term is 98.0% of the variance. Variants printed: +/-26.09 with the other f_d family, +/-3.67 systematic (+/-4.28 with the statistical +/-2.2) with the shape term removed, and +/-13.42 with the shape at its half-spread +/-12.91. No common centre exists in the record (centres 72.325, 69.90, 64.18; spread 8.14); anchored by stated choice to #272's midpoint the budget reads H0 = 72.3 +/- 2.2 (statistical) +/- 26.08 (assembled systematic), +/-26.17 total, interval 46.15 to 98.50. The noted-but-unpriced f_IGM line of #272 is excluded. EXTENSION. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
