Paper #145's test battery is run fresh against the successor account founded on four declarations, under #145's own two-outcome bar stated before the run. The verdict is Stand at declaration grade, scoped exactly: the Koide ratio stands, derived by identity from the declared a^2 = 2, inside the bill's errors, with zero numbers fitted per particle; the two mass ratios rest on the declared pair (A0, phi) and are not derived; and the counts route still stops, printed as the new account's standing limit. Paper #145's kill of the old account stands untouched. The generation-difference item receives its successor disposition: closed on the amplitude side by declaration, open on the density side, with its derivation question open and this account's answer printed: declared. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
