Works the completed reading's stated ground (paper #408's reopening item, route (ii), at its shape after paper #624 -- exactly one surviving priced object: a stated ground for per-density data as part of a statement, an author's act, the completed reading standing ready as its first claimant; route (a), a fifth hypothesis outside the census's seven places, unproposed), at INCREMENTAL grade. Gated first on paper #613's whole notebook body and paper #624's whole notebook body, digit-for-digit. A completed census over papers #622-#631 (manuscripts and accompanying files, thirty files, searched whole) and the wider record the chain touches finds no stated ground of none of the four censused species (law constants; author declarations; presenter exhibits; reconstruction anchors), no proposal of route (a), and no new species of statement-carried data: every fingerprint returns zero files outside paper #624's own restatement of the priced object, and the successor account states no density species and claims none. No live candidate stands, so no test under a candidate is run. The first claimant is verified exhibit by exhibit: in all twelve cells of the stated grid the completed data separate the cell's horn at its second seed (0.165985 in the oscillator cells, 0.159155 in the free and constant-potential cells), joined with the gated grid exhibits (all thirteen comparisons separated in all twelve cells, smallest count 204; translation maxima 0.000245 to 0.000401; own completions 2.483e-16 to 5.303e-16; the potentials mutually separated at all 5,998 entries at every endpoint pair).
