Executes item D-041-080-20 (paper #54, The Arrow Census, sec.5) through its first priced step and as far beyond it as the record allows. VERSION RULING (from the recovered copies' own print): the drafting ORIGINAL governs -- the deposited-text extraction of DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23782247 carries the original's sec.6 door sentence ('three statistics, three entries priced') and 'read once' wording and neither of the build's 'two searches' texts; the build is a staged revision its own gate sheet holds at deposit staging; and the Wave 9 sweep extracted the item from the original. Gate reproduces both frozen-rule texts verbatim from all three carriers, the version differences (subtitle; four vs three degenerate pairs), and the shared exhibits (4.8e8 GeV; GRW lambda and r_C; 11 of 11). Reanalysis under the ruling: (1) of the original's three frozen statistics (presence / absence / shape of the primordial gravitational-wave background, one per entry on the paper's numbers certificate), only two price their assigned entry -- Entry 3's own test is its marks (low-variance circles, Hawking points) and 'gravitational-wave' never occurs in its section, so S1 prices nothing; (2) the original froze no amplitude, no multipole range, and no numerical threshold (threshold cost computed for scale: Bonferroni 0.016667, z = 2.128 at family 0.05); (3) on the record's printed sky outcomes (tensor null; 2024 marks null), Entry 4 is not killed, Entry 7 is not separated, and Entry 3 is not priced -- the marks null is inadmissible under the original's freeze, printed as a self-hit. Counterfactual costed: under the build's two searches the item would close at remainder. Disposition: narrowed honest non-closure; surviving price = author-side adoption of the build's split, frozen amplitudes/thresholds, and the archive itself as input. Grade INCREMENTAL. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
