This study aimed to describe the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure, students’ learning motivation, and the relationship between these variables at MAN 2 Bandung. A quantitative correlational design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires from 50 respondents (N = 50) and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman Rank correlation test to determine the direction, strength, and significance of the relationship. The findings indicate that facilities and infrastructure management was rated as good, while students’ learning motivation was high. The correlation analysis yielded a coefficient of r = 0.609, with statistical significance at p < 0.05. This result indicates a strong, positive, and statistically significant relationship between educational facilities and infrastructure and students’ learning motivation. In other words, better conditions and management of facilities tend to be associated with higher student learning motivation. Practically, the findings suggest that madrasah administrators should strengthen the planning, maintenance, and use of educational facilities in accordance with learning needs. The results may also inform school leaders when developing facility-management policies that support a conducive learning environment. However, because the study used a correlational design, the findings should not be interpreted as evidence of a causal relationship
