This study examines the effect of educational facilities and infrastructure on teachers’ work motivation at Darussholah Islamic Boarding School-Based Junior High School in South Sangatta. Previous studies on this relationship have generally focused on general schools, while research in pesantren-based schools remains limited, despite their distinct facility needs for both formal learning and boarding-school activities. This study addresses that gap by providing empirical evidence from a pesantren-based junior high school. A quantitative field-research approach was employed, involving all 15 teachers in the school as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings show that educational facilities and infrastructure have a positive and statistically significant effect on teachers’ work motivation (regression coefficient = 0.850; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.713) indicates that facilities and infrastructure account for 71.3% of the variation in teachers’ work motivation within the model. These findings highlight the role of educational facilities as one factor supporting teacher motivation in pesantren-based schools. In practice, school managers should plan the provision and maintenance of facilities sustainably, including learning resources, technology, and facilities for pesantren activities. Future research could involve larger samples and additional factors to develop a more comprehensive understanding of teachers’ work motivation
