Zagier's polylogarithm conjecture predicts that special values of Dedekind zeta functions can be expressed in terms of polylogarithms at algebraic arguments. For imaginary quadratic fields, Zagier and Gangl refined it by lifting both sides to complex values modulo rational multiples of a power of $2πi$. In previous work, the author extended their enhanced zeta values from ideal classes to ray classes by means of the Shintani L-function of two variables and formulated the enhanced polylogarithm conjecture for ray classes. In this article, we prove this conjecture in weight two. More precisely, we establish a Galois-equivariant equality between the enhanced partial zeta values of ray classes and the enhanced dilogarithms of elements of the rational Bloch groups of the corresponding ray class fields. These elements are constructed explicitly, starting from the Eisenstein class of Doran and Kerr on the square of a CM elliptic curve and contracting it with the graphs of complex multiplication.
