General Background The twenty-first century presents digital disruptions where modern educational paradigms predominantly prioritize cognitive achievements, risking emotional and spiritual neglect. Specific Background An overemphasis on intellectual quotient without proportional emotional and spiritual quotients triggers empathy crises, mental vulnerability, and moral alienation among youth. Knowledge Gap Previous literature frequently investigates these intelligence domains fragmentally, lacking a comprehensive framework that positions spiritual intelligence as the unifying foundation for cognitive and emotional development. Aims This study maps an interactive environmental partnership model and formulates the conceptual integration of these three intelligence domains through a Triadic Synergy Model. Results Qualitative content analysis of thirty-eight scholarly literatures demonstrates that spiritual intelligence functions as an essential moral compass, guiding cognitive analytical power and emotional regulation toward wholesome character formation. Furthermore, functional role-sharing between environments proves highly pragmatic; domestic settings establish affective bonding and fundamental religious values, whereas formal institutions facilitate structured cognitive reinforcement and social habituation. This collaborative alliance is maintained through positive parenting, continuous communicative platforms, and portfolio-based affective-spiritual assessments. Novelty This research introduces the Triadic Synergy Model, distinctively establishing spiritual intelligence as the epistemological bridge that unites cognitive reasoning with emotional maturity. Implications Educational policymakers and parents must implement synchronized pedagogies and transparent communication structures to foster psychologically resilient and morally grounded generations. Highlights Spiritual quotient acts as a foundational moral compass guiding cognitive analytics alongside emotional regulation. Functional role-sharing divides domestic affective bonding from formal cognitive habituation to prevent ethical confusion. Positive parenting combined with affective portfolio assessments builds strong psychological resilience among modern youth.
