This article examines the interaction between the family and the kindergarten as a key factor in early childhood development, socialization and emotional well-being. The kindergarten is analyzed as a dynamic social environment in which parents are positioned not as external consumers but as equal partners. Particular emphasis is placed on the transformation of relationships from a formal institutional level to a shared community and responsibility built on mutual trust and constructive dialogue. The study highlights the exploration of parental perspectives as an essential indicator of the quality of preschool education and as a tool for institutional reflection. In this context, the main objective of the present research is to provide an in-depth assessment of the quality of the communication process, the channels of information sharing, and the level of parental satisfaction. Parents and guardians participated in the survey, and their responses provide a rich empirical basis for analysis. The findings outline both the strengths of the established practices and the potential areas for further development of the dialogue between the institution and the home.
