The article develops theoretical and methodological principles for adaptively managing strategic opportunities to scale enterprise operations under heightened market instability and structural volatility. Within this framework, scaling is interpreted as the controlled replication and non-linear expansion of an effective business model, subject to explicit systemic constraints on unit costs, operational quality standards, financial liquidity, and managerial absorptive capacity. This paper establishes clear conceptual demarcations between economic growth, business expansion, and enterprise scaling to isolate the fundamental characteristics of strategic scaling opportunities. To operationalize this distinction, the study classifies identified opportunities across multidimensional axes: origin, strategic implementation horizon, reversibility, and overall resource intensity. Methodologically, the study constructs a comprehensive decision matrix that balances external market attractiveness with internal organizational readiness, supplemented by analytical criteria to test process scalability and an end-to-end, six-stage adaptive management algorithm. This integrated decision-making framework incorporates mandatory feasibility barriers, staged hypothesis validation to mitigate business assumptions, and multicriteria ranking of developmental alternatives. The framework emphasizes maintaining positive unit economics, ensuring cash-flow resilience, and preserving the reproducibility of operational workflows as business volume scales. While the numerical illustrations throughout the study are hypothetical and not empirical estimates for specific enterprises, the resulting methodology serves as a robust decision-support architecture for initiating, recalibrating, or deliberately suspending scaling trajectories in direct response to dynamic market shifts.
