AbstractThis paper presents the dynamic and kinematic extension of the 6D Elastic Vacuum Grid Model, establishing the exact mathematical bridge between subatomic metrics and macro-structural physics. Conventional physics and neuroscience treat gas diffusion velocities and neural action potential propagation as distinct thermodynamic and biochemical phenomena. Here, we demonstrate that Mass, Size, Velocity, and Internal Time (Processor Clock) are interconnected 6D projections of a single globally tensioned cosmic web. By driving spatial framework metrics through a power cascade of 51, 51^2, and 51^3, we calculate the exact physical diameters, thermal rebound velocities, and attosecond clock rates of Water (H2O), Atmospheric Air (N2), and Human Cortical Neurons.
