This article examines modern approaches to developing a digital system for the personalized prevention of dental caries, based on a comprehensive assessment of individual risk factors. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital technologies, medical data processing methods, and risk stratification algorithms into dental preventive practice. The proposed system involves collecting and analyzing a patient's individual clinical, behavioral, and socio-hygienic indicators, followed by the generation of personalized preventive recommendations. The study covers the core components of the digital platform, the principles for constructing a caries risk prediction algorithm, clinical assessment criteria, and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of preventive interventions. A methodology for a comparative clinical study—contrasting the use of this digital system with a traditional preventive approach—is also proposed. The practical significance of this development lies in its potential to make preventive measures more targeted, improve oral hygiene control, and foster sustainable preventive behavioral habits.
