The Indigenous Papuan (OAP) feature in the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application was developed to support Papua's Special Autonomy through the digitalization of population administration services. However, its utilization is hindered by low digital literacy and limited internet access. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the OAP feature among Indigenous Papuan communities in Manokwari Regency using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative approach was employed, involving 175 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via a Google Forms-based questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use positively influences both Behavioral Intention and Perceived Usefulness, ultimately encouraging public acceptance of the OAP feature in the IKD application.
