ANOA — Essay X | Independent Theoretical Working Paper This paper develops an integrated axiomatic and mathematical framework for distributed macroeconomic equilibrium and institutional coordination in AI-native economies. Building upon prior research in Computational Market Economics, Network-Dependent Allocation, Computational Monetary Theory, and the ANOA research programme, the study examines how inferential scarcity, network topology, decentralized applications (dApps), monetary conditions, and institutional constraints jointly influence economic allocation, financial transmission, and systemic stability. The paper integrates the Representation Economy and the Inferential Web into a macroeconomic framework distinguishing resource availability, computational accessibility, authorized execution, financial settlement, and real-economy outcomes. Particular attention is devoted to the conditions under which monetary equilibrium, computational allocation equilibrium, and real-economy equilibrium may diverge. The analysis further examines the emerging Machine-Native Economy discussed in BlackRock research, distinguishing external institutional perspectives from ANOA's independent theoretical contributions. HomeSelf, HomeSelf Credits (HSC), and the Verified Property Record (VPR) are considered prospective architectural application contexts for computational infrastructure access, verifiable economic representations, and distributed coordination. The manuscript develops conditional mathematical results concerning decentralized equilibrium, network-dependent monetary transmission, computational constraints, and institutional controllability. The research maintains a clear distinction between mathematical propositions, architectural hypotheses, and empirical validation requirements. Its central institutional principle is that computational efficiency, financial equilibrium, and decentralized execution do not independently establish human welfare or legitimate authority.
