This article substantiates directions for improving integrated organizational-economic mechanisms for poverty reduction through digital services. It demonstrates that between 2021 and 2025, the poverty rate in Uzbekistan declined from 17% to 5.8%, while favorable digital conditions were established for introducing new approaches to social policy: 93.9% of the rural population uses the Internet, and the number of services available on the my.gov.uz portal increased from 525 to 905. At the same time, organizational and economic instruments for poverty reduction often operate independently, highlighting opportunities to improve targeting accuracy and the efficiency of budget expenditures through closer integration. The article proposes an integrated mechanism comprising an organizational subsystem, an economic subsystem, and a digital platform layer that connects the stages of identification, assessment, support, graduation from poverty, and monitoring, with the participation of the National Social Protection Agency, khokimiyats, and mahalla institutions.
