Objectives: Lip aesthetics significantly contribute to facial harmony and attractiveness. Lip lifting procedures have gained popularity as effective techniques to enhance lip volume and contour. The choice of incision placement is critical in achieving personalized outcomes based on patient-specific goals and anatomical considerations. The aim of this paper is to present a case series evaluating the role of incision positioning in personalized lip lifting procedures, focusing on achieving optimal aesthetic results through contour refinement and volume enhancement. Case series: Three female patients, aged 54–56, underwent lip lift procedures under local anesthesia without sedation. Surgical approaches were tailored to individual goals, with nasal tangent incisions performed for volume enhancement and lip tangent incisions for contour refinement. Postoperative care included kinesiotherapy, sun protection, and local hygiene. Patient satisfaction and outcomes were assessed through follow-up visits. Conclusions: The choice of incision placement in lip lift procedures is pivotal for achieving personalized aesthetic outcomes. Nasal tangent incisions are ideal for volume enhancement, while lip tangent incisions are preferred for contour refinement. This case series highlights the importance of individualized surgical planning and comprehensive postoperative care in optimizing results.
