The school is an organization in which different people articulate knowledge and responsibilities to guarantee students their right to learning. School management is not limited to managing resources or carrying out routines; it must strive for good working conditions, community participation, and continuous analysis and reflection on results. Therefore, communication among managers, teachers, staff, students, and families is of paramount importance. This study is characterized as qualitative bibliographical and documentary research, considering benchmark texts on feedback, democratic management, and educational practice, as well as the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law (LDB). The development consisted of reading about the theme with an emphasis on the concept of feedback, its relationships with democratic management, and its impacts on school activities. From the analysis, it is possible to understand feedback as a communication and reflection practice that can support the development of school activities. When linked to shared goals and concrete observations, it tends to foster clarity of work, project monitoring, professional learning, and cooperation within the school community. Its contribution is consistent with democratic management that values participation, listening, and co-responsibility among its members.
