Starting a new business involves substantial uncertainty about market demand, competition, location and investment, yet many aspiring entrepreneurs still decide mainly on intuition because no unified, data-driven tool exists to evaluate an idea before money is committed. This paper presents BizVision AI, an AI-based business prediction and recommendation system. It accepts the business type, location, budget, target customer segment, market demand and competitor density, and estimates the probability that the proposed venture will succeed. The pipeline combines data preprocessing, supervised classification (Logistic Regression, Random Forest and Gradient Boosting/XGBoost) and a K-Nearest Neighbors recommender. When predicted risk is high, the system suggests improvements and alternative businesses and generates a step-by-step roadmap and final report. A web-based prototype was implemented in Python with a Streamlit/React front end and a Flask/Django API. In a case study of a cafe in Shameerpet, Hyderabad, with a budget of ₹3,00,000 targeting students, the prototype returned a success probability of 71% and identified budget adequacy as the main risk. BizVision AI supports faster, objective and lower-risk startup decisions.
