Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) supports teachers’ discretionary and cooperative behaviors in elementary schools. However, limited evidence has examined emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and resilience simultaneously in relation to OCB among public elementary school teachers in Indonesia. This study examined the partial and simultaneous associations of these three variables with OCB. A quantitative associative, cross-sectional design was employed with 248 public elementary school teachers in Pamulang District, South Tangerang City. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Emotional intelligence (B = 0.198, β = 0.168, p = 0.003), spiritual intelligence (B = 0.176, β = 0.133, p = 0.017), and resilience (B = 0.663, β = 0.475, p < 0.001) were positively associated with OCB. The regression model was significant (F = 28.698, p < 0.001) and explained 26.1% of OCB variance (R² = 0.261). Resilience showed the strongest standardized association with OCB. These findings suggest that emotional, spiritual, and resilience-related resources may be considered complementary areas in teacher development to support OCB, while causal interpretations remain limited by the cross-sectional design.
