In order to continuously deepen teaching reform and improve classroom teaching effectiveness, focusing on the teaching philosophy of "student-centered", a six step method of blended online and offline teaching has been proposed, which clarifies the teaching organization and implementation process in the three stages of pre class, in class, and post class teaching, and optimizes the learning effect evaluation mechanism. Practice has shown that the new teaching mode has achieved deep interaction and effective evaluation, optimizing classroom teaching efficiency.
