Factors influencing business socialization

The study is devoted to topical issues of business socialization. Social, economic and environmental aspects of business activity are analyzed. In order to generalize information, a number of key factors that have a direct impact on business socialization were determined. It is important to note that the war that started in February 2022 has an important influence on the evolution of social responsibility in the business environment in Ukraine. However, the main role in increasing the costs of social responsibility was played by the civic activity of both owners and employees of enterprises. Support from the state, as well as active support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and its own personnel, has become a fundamental task for Ukrainian companies in this difficult period
