The Administrative Liability Model: Under the Patronage of N.G. Salischeva and Years Later

The article is the result of a study of the works of administrative scientists on issues of administrative responsibility and the contribution of Professor Nadezhda Georgievna Salishcheva to its development, the issues of its legislative development at the present stage are analyzed. Some speeches were made at the last conference on the theoretical and applied problems of administrative responsibility, held at the State Unitary Enterprise under the chairmanship of N.G.Salishcheva. An analysis of the articles devoted to her memory showed that the strategic direction on the humanity of administrative responsibility is also of great interest in the science of administrative law and process. The far-sightedness of the goal and the conjugation of the tasks set with it cannot but delight the followers of the honored lawyer, an administrative scientist and just a talented person, as Nadezhda Georgievna was and will remain in our memory.
