The article examines the development of N.G. Salishcheva’s views on the institution of administrative dispute, its importance for the protection of citizens’ rights. The perception of her positions and ideas in Russian legislation is indicated. The paper analyzes the existing system of administrative disputes in Russian law, the features and interrelation of judicial and extrajudicial disputes, as well as the shortcomings of existing legal regulation and the possibilities of overcoming them.
