The article examines the features of human resource management in industrial enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The main challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies, the shortage of qualified personnel and the need to develop new competencies are highlighted. It is established that the effectiveness of human resource management affects the success of digital transformations and the resilience of industrial enterprises to external constraints. Based on the analysis of existing theoretical models and classifications of human resource management efficiency factors, an author’s system of factors is proposed that takes into account the specifics of digital transformation and the industrial sector. Generalized indicators have been identified for a comprehensive assessment of human resource management efficiency factors. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a modern methodology for assessing the effectiveness of human resource management in industrial enterprises in the context of digital transformation.
