Heroes in modern workplaces evolve to new patterns because of the rise of flexible work arrangements thus requiring managerial approaches in HRM that support flexibility while also developing talent and maintaining organizational adaptability. The research examines strategies of HRM which boost engagement levels and retention and productivity among workers in the gig economy. This study applied a combination of quantitative survey techniques (250 participants) together with qualitative interview methods (25 interview participants with both gig workers and HR managers and industry experts). The researchers employed purposive sampling techniques for achieving adequate representation among different sectors of the gig economy. Research data underwent both statistical evaluation through descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis and thematic analysis of qualitative information. Job satisfaction along with employee retention stands strongly influenced by adaptable work schedules and digital expertise requirements and performance benchmarks as compensation methods. The research explores the Innovation-Driven HRM Framework by uniting Artificial Intelligence job matching algorithms with adjustable work policies combined with continuous learning methods for maximizing the management of temporary workers. Organizations should adopt essential recommendations that both adjust workplace policies and improve HR technological capabilities and stimulate mutual initiatives between companies and regulatory agencies. Future investigations need to study both the extended influence of HRM approaches as well as the government policies that influence equitable worker practices. The paper provides valuable managerial insights to HRM literature about managing human capital within the transforming gig economy.
