But what do the mathematics tell us when an institution’s public data contains its own contradictions? This article applies the mathematical framework of Paradoxical Anomalies (AP) — a quantitative audit tool developed to model phenomena exhibiting stable internal contradictions — to demonstrate that the AARO report presents measurable structural inconsistencies.
