A systematic review of published studies was conducted, with data from to. Time-series analysis was applied to forecast future trends based on historical performance metrics. The model predicted a steady annual increase in healthcare service utilization by 5% over the next five years, with variability within ±2%. Time-series forecasting models can effectively predict yield improvement in community health centres systems in Nigeria. The findings provide insights for policy makers and stakeholders.
