Since 1983, Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) has successfully utilized an empirical acceleration scale (a₀) to describe galactic rotation curves, yet its fundamental origin remains an open question. This Addendum explores a potential geometric connection within the Model H theoretical framework. Through the spacetime tension parameter, a derivative chain is presented that links the observed value of a₀ directly to the Hubble constant (H₀). This geometric approach reproduces the empirical MOND acceleration scale to within a 0. 2% margin of error, utilizing fundamental constants and spatial dimensionality with no parameters fitted to galactic data. Open Peer Review Invitation: As an independent theoretical framework, this preprint has not yet undergone formal institutional peer review. The author strongly encourages the scientific community to independently reproduce the calculations and verify the geometric derivations before incorporating these results into further research.
