Challenges and Opportunities in Post-Conflict Law Crafting for African Societies: A Democratic Republic of Congo Perspective

This book explores the challenges and opportunities in crafting effective post-conflict laws for African societies, with a focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The analysis draws upon existing literature, interviews with legal practitioners, and case studies from post-conflict periods in the region. Findings indicate that while some laws have improved governance and justice systems, significant disparities persist between legislation and its implementation across different regions of DRC.
