This paper deduces the origin and evolution of life from three physical principles: first, Neutralization Destiny—all things tend toward charge neutralization and minimum energy; second, Electrochemical Lift—the sustained input of exogenous electrochemical potential; third, Electrochemical Counter-Neutralization Steady State—a dynamic nonequilibrium steady state formed in the interplay between the former two. This paper demonstrates that, from molecular-scale vesicles and DNA to civilization-scale language and power grids, all phenomena of life are the inevitable unfolding of these three principles under carbon-based constraints. Vesicles are the optimal spatial configuration for delaying charge dissipation, RNA is the polymerization product of localized charge neutralization, and DNA represents the charge complementarity limit of carbon-based nucleic acids. Physical memory is reduced to the tug-of-war traces of charge motion, and the essence of life is defined as the physical trinity of pulsation, memory, and evolution. The leaps of human civilization—from fire to power grids, from language to digital storage—are shown to be the macroscopic projection of the counter-neutralization steady state onto the scale of civilization under conditions of dual externalization of memory and energy. The contribution of this paper lies not in the discovery of new physical laws, but in providing a unified, foundational physical language for the phenomena of life.
