Description: This preprint develops the Quantum-Resonance Lattice (QRL) model, proposing that spacetime is a three-dimensional cubic lattice of filamentary multi-channel waveguides with a fundamental spectral resonance parameter λ₀ = 766. 490 nm (Eᵣes ≈ 1. 6176 eV). The Lagrangian density is formulated, cell multiplicity for elementary particles is calculated, and the model is compared with string theory. Information density at collapse is evaluated relative to the Bekenstein–Hawking bound. Interdisciplinary implications and experimentally testable predictions are discussed.
