Based on the realist interpretation framework of quantum phenomena in string theory, this paper proposes the Lamp Bead-Glow Model (LBM). Adopting only the string vibration hypothesis of string theory and discarding its untested extra-dimensional content, the model defines lamp beads as the high-frequency localized vibration modes of strings (particle nature) and glow as the low-frequency extended vibration modes of strings (field nature), thereby realizing the ontological unification of gravity and quantum mechanics. Philosophically, the spherical protruding glow field of the LBM presents a complementary mapping relationship with the spacetime depression described by general relativity. Spacetime curvature is regarded as a mathematically equivalent description of the gradient matter field under macroscopic low-energy conditions, rather than the ultimate physical reality. Accordingly, this paper systematically constructs a theoretical framework for the origin of gravity independent of spacetime curvature. Its core hypothesis holds that every atom acts as a basic unit of a spherically symmetric “micro-gravitational domain”, and macroscopic gravity arises from the coherent superposition of numerous atomic micro-gravitational domains. By analyzing the mass ratio of hydrogen atoms to deuterium atoms (1:2) and the mass defect caused by binding energy (approximately 0.1%), two competing conjectures on the microscopic origin of gravity are put forward. Conjecture I (Rest Mass Hypothesis) states that gravity is proportional to the total rest mass of nucleons; Conjecture II (Binding Energy Spillover Hypothesis) argues that gravity mainly originates from the portion of strong interaction binding energy spilling out of atomic nuclei, with nucleon rest mass making only a negligible contribution. Both conjectures are deduced within the theoretical framework of this paper, with distinguishable experimental predictions provided. This paper further explores the feasible pathway for the unification of the four fundamental forces and the coupling mechanism connecting the microscopic and macroscopic scales under the LBM. Drawing an analogy to photon emission from electronic energy level transitions, it proposes a dynamic quantization mechanism wherein gravitons may exist as residual radiation generated by nuclear energy level transitions. This theory transforms the quantum gravity problem into the classical field superposition problem of quantum matter sources, circumventing the traditional dilemma of quantizing spacetime curvature
