P00 On the Progressive Structure of an Informationally Emergent Physical Framework

This record introduces and time-stamps a coherent theoretical research program composed of a sequence of interconnected papers. The work proposes an informationally emergent physical framework, in which physical structures, fields, and dynamical laws arise from discrete informational networks subject to global coherence constraints.
