If the organization can successfully complete the transformation during this period, it will become a platform for sustainable development in the future, while becoming a leader among progressing companies and management practices. Today, the modernization of corporate culture or the creation of a strategically oriented culture is an integral part of the organization's strategy. This article considers such a key aspect of improving corporate culture as active personnel management. The tools for the formation and development of corporate culture are defined: the KPI motivation system, PR technologies, corporate education, etc. The importance of monitoring and evaluating the achieved results in the context of improving corporate culture is substantiated.
