The gender gap in Latin American technology is the greatest threat to regional development in the Agentic Era. Women represent 50% of population but only 28% of LATAM tech employment, 18% of senior roles, 12% of tech CEOs, and 7% of VC-backed founders. Without accelerated closure of this gap, LATAM loses 50% of potential talent against global competition. I present here a five-year operational plan (2026-2031) to close the gap on four fronts: primary STEAM education, university career, corporate retention, entrepreneurship.
