Instead, it proposes a retrieval-dominance framework in which different sensory pathways may preferentially trigger access to memory resources under specific contexts. The framework is presented as a static Concept Lock architecture and includes explicit audit boundaries, falsifiability conditions, operationalisation requirements, and non-circularity safeguards.
