This paper establishes a fundamental ontological and mathematical unified framework named Real-Virtual Dual Field Theory (RVDT). Taking the Origin Field (Ψ₀) as the sole ontological foundation of the universe, relying on the inherent virtual-real duality of the Origin Field, and combining the Conjugate Golden Decay Law derived from the golden ratio, this paper constructs a universal field potential formula satisfying the constraints of self-similarity and energy conservation. It unifies the field potential attenuation laws of microphysics, electromagnetic propagation, celestial mechanics, and cosmology, and reconstructs the underlying logic of cosmic evolution, force dynamics, and mass-energy conversion. With "Origin Field Monism, Virtual-Real Dominance, and Field State Conservation" as the core axioms, the theory solves long-standing core puzzles such as the nature of dark energy and dark matter in classical mechanics, relativity, and quantum cosmology. Mathematically, the theory describes field interactions in a quantitative form, and verifies that the steady-state ratio of virtual field to real field is 95:5, which is highly consistent with cosmological observations (dark energy accounts for ~95%, baryonic matter + dark matter accounts for ~5%). On the solar system scale, the steady-state source weight ratio of the Sun-Earth-Moon system (100:30:5) derived from the Conjugate Golden Decay Law perfectly matches the measured structure. The study shows that gravity, spacetime curvature, and cosmic stability all originate from the dynamic evolution of the Origin Field, providing a self-consistent, testable, and mathematically rigorous unified paradigm for physics and cosmology.
