Abstract Based on the closed cosmic topology and global spin research results of the Real-Virtual Dual Field Theory (RVDT), this paper takes the Liu Zhongqiang Scale (global holographic saturation critical diameter) and the global cosmic spin period as core inputs, combined with the spacetime locking coupling mechanism, extends classical fluid mechanics Bernoulli's principle to the global vacuum lattice medium system, and constructs a unified field potential dynamics equation covering microscopic particles, planetary bodies, galaxy clusters and the whole universe. Relying on the total volume of the closed 3-sphere, the total number of lattices and the total equivalent mass of the universe, this paper completes the first-principles joint calibration of core constants such as the global medium reference density, intrinsic elastic modulus, and horizon saturation compression coefficient, completely eliminating the first-order systematic deviation caused by the previous electron vortex core approximation. The paper proves the lattice density-elastic unified scaling law: all correction terms such as nonlinear deformation, interface slip, and tidal dissipation are normalized to the single core independent variable of lattice compression ratio, and the whole system contains only 1 global basic coupling constant. On this basis, this paper uniformly explains two types of gravity formation mechanisms: the lattice diffusion congestion static pressure effect of large-scale galaxy clusters, and the rotation Bernoulli pressure difference gain effect of single celestial bodies. It is clarified that both dark matter and dark energy are apparent phenomena of lattice medium dynamics, and no unknown material entities need to be introduced. The model also completes the medium dynamics description of microscopic particle spin, nuclear fission, and matter-antimatter annihilation, derives the steady-state condition of tidal locking and long-term evolution equation, and quantitatively predicts that the deviations of the equatorial rotation speed of Earth and Mars from the measured values are less than 0.1% and 1.7% respectively. Finally, this paper presents the first-principles calculation results of cross-scale physical quantities such as global background viscosity, total angular momentum, intrinsic field resistance coefficient, entropy increase rate, and physical constant drift rate, and puts forward various falsifiable observational predictions, forming a complete self-consistent theoretical system from the cosmic global substrate to microscopic particle interactions.
