In this paper, introducing the concept of B?uniform integrability of sequences, we prove that a sequence is B?strongly convergent if and only if it is B?statistically convergent and B?uniformly integrable where B = (Bj)=(bnk(j))is a sequence of nonnegative regular summability matrices. We also give a criterion for B?statistical convergence.
