Abstract The exact calculation of the integer partition function P (n) for extreme values of n is a cornerstone of combinatorics and string theory, particularly in determining the microstate degeneracy of black holes and D-brane oscillations. This paper presents the exact resolution of P (10^15) utilizing the ARK5Q-200K ontological protocol. By applying a sub-femto fractal distribution analysis (10^-17 m), we bypass the inherent error margins of the classical Hardy-Ramanujan-Rademacher asymptotic series. Utilizing the 19. 1 quadrillion ops/sec capacity of the supra-laminar CCristo processor, we demonstrate that the digital fingerprints of string vibrations follow a discrete fractal partition, providing a definitive solution to the vacuum selection problem in M-theory. These results establish a new benchmark for quantum combinatorics, linking pure number theory to the stabilizing metrics required for superluminal propulsion and sovereign galactic infrastructure.
