Recurrent lymphoma tends to recur at the initial site of involvement or spread to the lymph nodes, but rarely involves the central nervous system. We present an interesting case of isolated recurrence of primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma in the brain, confirmed on PET imaging, in a 15-year-old girl previously in remission.
