Abstract

Quantum phenomena such as coherence, interference, and measurement outcomes are well described mathematically, yet their underlying physical interpretation remains open to discussion. This work presents a conceptual framework within the Dual Network Theory, the Law of Compromise, and the Law of Periodicity (Rachel Theory – RT), proposing that such phenomena may emerge from synchronization dynamics between a dynamic energy network and an underlying structured substrate referred to as the Fixed Network. Within this framework, coherence is interpreted as a high degree of synchronization between these two networks, while measurement is associated with a localized structural disturbance that breaks spatial symmetry and constrains the system into a single compatible configuration. Unlike standard interpretations that treat collapse as an abstract event, RT suggests that the transition to particle-like behavior reflects a structural preference emerging from local conditions within the Fixed Network. This approach does not aim to replace quantum mechanics, but rather to provide a possible structural interpretation that connects coherence, interference, and measurement through a unified dynamical mechanism. A detailed experimental study addressing these predictions is planned for publication in the near future.
